X BANK / THE PUBLIC PROJECT TREASURY

The books
are open.

Useful work leaves a record.
So should the money behind it.

X Bank is XSIGNAL’s project treasury. Its purpose is to support sourced exhibits, accessible resources, archive infrastructure and approved Witness projects. Planned income comes from the project’s creator-fee share of the proposed XSIGNAL / SPCX market. The assets are accounted for separately.

01 / THE HOLDINGS

Two assets.
Two clear records.

No treasury statement has been published yet.

SPCX

AWAITING DEPLOYMENT

—

SPCX held by X Bank

The proposed quote asset. Its exact issuer, contract, eligibility and market availability must be published before the pairing is treated as verified.

XSIGNAL

AWAITING DEPLOYMENT

—

XSIGNAL held by X Bank

The project’s own token. Fee-generated XSIGNAL is initially held, not sold. A token balance is not a cash valuation.

The X Bank wallet and verified deployment record are pending. A dash means unavailable; it is not a zero balance.

SPCX / DOCUMENTED FEE CLAIMS

—

SPCX attributed to reviewed fee claims.

XSIGNAL / DOCUMENTED FEE CLAIMS

—

XSIGNAL attributed to reviewed fee claims.

XSIGNAL / SPCX LIQUIDITY EVIDENCE

Awaiting pool publication

Pool liquidity is recorded separately from assets in X Bank.

LAST FEE CLAIM

No published claim

Each published claim includes its date and transaction.

Only reviewed claims are counted. Deposits are not automatically fee income, and documented claims are not a complete lifetime total.

02 / THE FEE FLOW

A simple beginning.

At launch, the project’s creator-fee income is intended to remain in X Bank.

  1. 01

    XSIGNAL / SPCX market

Trading generates fees under the published pool rules.

  2. 02

    Project fee share

The creator-fee rights are assigned to X Bank, with fees received in both assets.

  3. 03

    X Bank

XSIGNAL and SPCX are held and reported separately. Outgoing transactions receive a public explanation.

Bankr’s separate liquidity allocation remains in the pool. It is not counted as a spendable X Bank balance. The final fee schedule and fee recipient must be verified against the deployed market.

How does the treasury support Earth’s testimony?

Project funds can help turn careful research and community skill into lasting work: a sourced film, an accessible lesson, a maintained archive or a useful Witness project.

Each approved use needs a scope, a responsible contributor, a budget and evidence of the result. A balance, a trade or a larger holding does not establish human benefit or decide a Gatekeeper hearing.

03 / INITIAL TREASURY POLICY

Project fees fund
project work.

The launch policy for project assets. It does not grant holders ownership of, or redemption rights over, the treasury.

  1. Start with a fair launch.

100% of the supply is intended for the launch pool. No creator allocation or vesting is reserved. X Bank receives project fee income under the existing creator-fee policy.

  2. Publish the wallets and the movements.

Project-controlled treasury wallets are disclosed. Each outgoing transaction gets a dated explanation and a link to the public chain record.

  3. Hold fee-generated XSIGNAL.

The initial policy is to retain XSIGNAL received as fees. There are no automatic XSIGNAL sales, burns or permanent token locks at launch.

  4. Use the reserve for the project.

The verified quote asset may fund documented infrastructure, operating costs, sourced creative exhibits, accessible educational resources and approved Witness projects. Approval responsibility and wallet control must be published before spending begins. Every project credits the people who actually do the work.

  5. Keep the treasury out of speculation.

No leveraged positions, yield farming or activity designed to manufacture trading volume.

  6. Let future mechanics earn their place.

No X Vault or DAO at launch. Any later routing, burn or lock proposal concerns future project fees, requires published rules and review, and does not create a reserved allocation from the initial supply.

PROJECT PURPOSE / PROPOSED USES

Work people can point to.

These are eligible kinds of future work, not approved allocations or completed projects. No mission budget has been published.

  1. 01

    A case with its sources.

Research, illustration and documentary work that makes a supported exhibit understandable. Publish the references, permissions and creator credits.

  2. 02

    A resource people can use.

Accessible lessons, translations, open tools and archive maintenance. Publish the deliverable and explain who can use it.

  3. 03

    A contribution carried forward.

A scoped Witness project with an identified lead, collaborators, budget and account of what happened. Witness work is credited to its actual creators.

A proposal should state the goal, the work, the cost, who will perform it and how the outcome will be documented. Editorial selection, spending approval and publication are separate decisions. No token-weighted vote is active.

Who controls X Bank?

Custody and signing authority: awaiting publication. Spending approval: awaiting publication. No community voting system is presented as active.

04 / PLANNED DISTRIBUTION

One supply.
A 100% fair launch.

The planned Bankr launch uses no creator vesting. The deployed supply, pool allocation and launch settings will be the final evidence.

TOTAL PLANNED SUPPLY100,000,000,000 XSIGNAL

100%

Fair-launch pool

100,000,000,000 XSIGNAL intended for the launch pool, available through the public market.

0%

Reserved creator allocation

No tokens reserved for the creator. No one-year distribution, cliff or vesting schedule.

No team, adviser, presale or marketing allocation is planned. Fair launch describes the initial supply distribution; trading still carries the published market fees. X Bank receives the same creator-fee share in XSIGNAL and SPCX.

What changes, and what stays the same?

Creator vesting is disabled at launch. The entire supply goes to the launch pool; no separate creator allocation is reserved.

Creator trading fees remain in place. The planned recipient is X Bank, with fees collected in both XSIGNAL and SPCX and held under the treasury policy above. These fees arise from trading after launch; they are not an initial supply allocation.

X Bank can be set as the fee recipient from launch. If fee rights must be transferred afterward, the transfer and all fees accrued during setup must be publicly accounted for. The launch record stays pending until the allocation and current fee recipient are verified.

What does the proposed SPCX pairing mean?

SPCX is a proposed market quote asset. The exact issuer and contract have not been selected in this public record. Its practical role would be to quote trades and form part of the project’s fee receipts under the verified launch settings.

This pairing establishes no operational relationship with SpaceX, spacecraft funding, passage entitlement or ownership rights for $XSIGNAL holders. Earth’s case and the Witness missions do not depend on a particular market implementation.

If the selected asset is a Robinhood Stock Token, its eligibility and trading restrictions must be checked for the intended audience. Bankr distinguishes stock-paired deployment from location-verified trading of the stock leg.
