XSIGNAL is an independent science-fiction, community and meme-token project. It is not affiliated with Elon Musk, SpaceX, xAI, Tesla, Robinhood, Bankr or their related entities. Gatekeepers, hearings, transmission and return authorization belong to the fiction. Real-world exhibits retain their sources, dates, attribution and limitations. Holding $XSIGNAL confers no equity, corporate rights, treasury redemption, dividends, SpaceX shares or entitlement to passage. Actual token and treasury activity must be checked against the published on-chain record. No financial return, response or outcome is promised. Visuals include AI-generated illustrations; artwork provenance is documented in the project credits.

The Witness assembly illustration was created using OpenAI image generation. The traveler portrait, factory, test bay, departure, coastline and marker artwork were retained from the supplied project archive. Illustrations are not documentary photographs of the events or people described.

Submitted work enters the record through review, with permission and credit. The status of actual submissions, publication, token deployment and treasury activity is reported separately from FILE X.
